The hotel is superbly located for exploring Aix en Provence and surrounding areas. The rooms are generally okay, albeit a little compact, but spacious and very clean. The service is top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff providing a range of amenities. The dining options are exceptional, offering a variety of high-quality choices. The hotel was placed close to everything, offering great food and a personalized service from the staff. The rooms, despite a delay in preparation, were upgraded to deluxe from standard. The carpets had a slight issue with cleanliness, but the overall experience was positive.
